November 2025 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Anil Bhatoya on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for November 2025.

Anil has been with CPI for over 15 years and was promoted to Director of QA just over a year ago. This year, he has taken the lead in the transition from eDMS to Master Control, overseeing the conversion and helping everyone get up to speed. He is always a pleasure to work with and never hesitates to pause what he's doing to help others. Even when he's extremely busy, Anil makes the time to support his team and colleagues to ensure they have what they need.

General "Fun" Facts!- Anil enjoys traveling in and outside of the US. Some of the places he has been over his lifetime are England, India, Australia, New Zealand, Bahamas, and Mexico. He ALSO recently travelled to Arizona for the Green Bay Packers game!
