December 2025 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Ryan Ritschard on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for December 2025.

Ryan has been a phenomenal employee, and although he was originally nominated back in August 2025, we felt it was important to recognize him as our December 2025 Employee of the Month. He completed the majority of the P-unit renovation on his own to keep a client project on schedule during the DL coats, and without his dedication, the project would not have been able to run in those humid conditions. He was also a key contributor on the K1 welding project, which allowed for a rapid turnaround to get another client project back into processing. And during a network power outage, he stepped up and played a major role in bringing the processing units back online and returning them to production.
