QA Specialist I- 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary role of the QA Specialist I position is supporting validation activities, product release, Investigations, Deviations, CAPA programs, and a variety of quality system activities.
Material Specialist- 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Material Specialist is responsible for multiple functions in the warehouse at Coating Place, Inc. Typical responsibilities will include receiving, staging, material movement, and shipping of lot tracked materials used in Pharmaceuticals, Dietary Supplements, and Food Ingredients. Additional duties will include monthly cycle counts, inventory transactions in ERP software that require proficient computer skills, sanitation (cleaning), use of equipment such as as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet inverters. Procedures and documentation requiring strong attention to detail.
QC Analytical Chemist (Finished Product Team)- 2nd Shift - Verona, WI
2nd shift: 11:30am - 8:00pm (Mon. - Thurs.) & 9:30am - 6:00pm (Fri.) - The primary purpose of the QC Analytical Chemist is to provide support to the Production and Formulations Departments by analyzing pharmaceutical and/or cleaning samples. Support will be provided by analyzing samples using various procedures including, but not limited to, internal procedures, specifications, and analytical methods; compendial monographs, client procedures, and miscellaneous protocols. The QC Analytical Chemist is expected to understand basic internal procedures, and conduct analyses with some supervision after training is complete.
Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment and completing forms and records documenting completed work. Following training, which may last up to 3-4 months, the Maintenance Technician is expected to be capable of independently performing preventative maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment at a reasonable rate while following established policies, procedures, and practices.
Controls Technician/Electrician- 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Controls Technician assembles, maintains, and upgrades various pieces of process equipment. The Controls Technician will be responsible for completing forms and documenting completed work.
Production Operator - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI
2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment, preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment, and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Typical processing duties include verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control, and labeling containers as to their contents, lot number, weight, etc. The Production Operator is also responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers and other duties as assigned.
No experience necessary - on-the-job training provided. All training occurs on 1st Shift.

Production Supervisor- 1st Shift - Sauk City, WI
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Production Supervisor assigns work and coordinates manufacturing activities including set up, processing, tear down, and clean down activities in multiple production suites. The Production Supervisor trains and develops employees; evaluates work performance; reviews production data; and utilizes problem solving skills to improve operations and to meet company goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. The Supervisor may also perform key math calculations, verifications, and process inspections as necessary to support operations.
Packaging Operator - 1st Shift - Sauk City, WI
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Packaging Operator is responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers, transporting material with powered pallet jacks, packaging into bags, and palletizing. Typical processing duties include transporting materials, operating bag or pail packaging lines, weighing bulk product, recording run numbers, applying labels, reading a scale, and transcribing information onto lists and labels. Additional responsibilities may include sanitation (cleaning) and raw material screening.

3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sun. - Thurs.) - The primary purpose of the Production Utility Operator is to provide support to the Sauk Facility Production Department. This support is provided by ensuring the essential job functions of this position are completed as part of the daily and/or weekly schedule.
