QC Supervisor- Environmental Monitoring and Metrology - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The QC Supervisor – Environmental Monitoring and Metrology oversees the Environmental Monitoring (EM), Cleaning Verification/Validation, and Metrology programs within the Quality Control (QC) Department, providing leadership and technical oversight to ensure program activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and applicable cGMP requirements. Activities performed within these programs include environmental sampling, testing, investigations, and trending; cleaning method development and validation, routine cleaning verification, equipment cleaning validation, and campaign length validation; and equipment calibration, maintenance, qualification, and applicable laboratory software validation and lifecycle management.
This position will participate in client/regulatory on-site audits for Coating Place and must have a thorough understanding of Internal procedures, and USP, ICH and FDA guidelines as they relate to Environmental Monitoring and Cleaning Validation requirements, equipment, software, and general laboratory functions.
QC Supervisor- Raw Material (RM) - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The QC Raw Material (RM) Supervisor will primarily assist Formulations and Production Departments by scheduling the analyses of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or industrial raw material samples delivered to the QC laboratory. Support will be provided by ensuring that samples are analyzed using various procedures including, but not limited to, internal procedures, specifications, and analytical methods; compendia monographs; client procedures; and protocols. Sample analysis will mainly support raw material testing and release. The QC RM Supervisor is expected to understand internal procedures and establish good laboratory practices. Additionally, the QC RM Supervisor is expected to assist all Chemists with troubleshooting analyses and equipment as needed.
The QC RM Supervisor will have a thorough understanding of USP, ICH, and FDA guidelines as they relate to raw material and qualification activities and will perform laboratory investigations (i.e. quality investigations, out of specification investigations, etc.) as necessary.
Material Specialist- 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Material Specialist is responsible for multiple functions in the warehouse at Coating Place, Inc. Typical responsibilities will include receiving, staging, material movement, and shipping of lot tracked materials used in Pharmaceuticals, Dietary Supplements, and Food Ingredients. Additional duties will include monthly cycle counts, inventory transactions in ERP software that require proficient computer skills, sanitation (cleaning), use of equipment such as as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet inverters. Procedures and documentation requiring strong attention to detail.
Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment and completing forms and records documenting completed work. Following training, which may last up to 3-4 months, the Maintenance Technician is expected to be capable of independently performing preventative maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment at a reasonable rate while following established policies, procedures, and practices.

1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary role of the QA Specialist I position is supporting validation activities, product release, Investigations, Deviations, CAPA programs, and a variety of quality system activities.
QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector -2nd Shift - Verona, WI
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector provides quality assurance support and leadership to the Production Department. The QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector provides a strong floor presence and works directly with production supervision and operators to maintain quality of manufacturing operations.
QC Analytical Chemist - Level 2 (Analytical Development)- 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary purpose of the QC Analytical Chemist 2 is to provide support to the Production and Formulations Departments by analyzing a variety of compounds and complex sample preparations. Support will be provided by analyzing samples according to various procedures including, but not limited to, internal SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, compendial monographs, client procedures, research procedures, and protocols. The QC Analytical Chemist 2 is expected to understand internal procedures and reliably conduct analyses with limited supervision.

3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sun. - Thurs.) - The Production Supervisor assigns work and coordinates manufacturing activities including set up, processing, tear down, and clean down activities in multiple production suites. The Production Supervisor trains and develops employees; evaluates work performance; reviews production data; and utilizes problem solving skills to improve operations and to meet company goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. The Supervisor may also perform key math calculations, verifications, and process inspections as necessary to support operations.

Typical processing duties include transporting materials, operating bag or pail packaging lines, weighing bulk product, recording run numbers, applying labels, reading a scale, and transcribing information onto lists and labels. Additional responsibilities may include sanitation (cleaning) and raw material screening.
