QC Intern - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary purpose of a QC Intern is to provide support to the Quality Control Department. The QC Intern is responsible for filing a variety of documents for QC as well as completing organizational projects as assigned.
In addition, the QC Intern assists in solution preparation, cleaning of laboratory glassware or any QC instruments as assigned and completes basic testing on samples as assigned. The QC Intern is expected to maintain overall cGMP compliance when working within the QC laboratory.
QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector provides quality assurance support and leadership to the Production Department. The QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector provides a strong floor presence and works directly with production supervision and operators to maintain quality of manufacturing operations.
QA Associate (I or II) - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary roles of the QA Associate I position include performing review of raw analytical data, production data, protocols, summary reports, SOPs, internal analytical methods, and internal specifications. In addition, the QA Associate I will assist with data entry, generation of metrics, internal auditing, shipment release, and providing administrative support for the QA Department in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
QC Analytical Chemist (EM Team) - 1st Shift - Verona, WI
1st shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary purpose of the QC Analytical Chemist is to provide support to the Production and Formulations Departments by analyzing pharmaceutical and/or cleaning samples. Support will be provided by analyzing samples using various procedures including, but not limited to, internal procedures, specifications, and analytical methods; compendial monographs, client procedures, and miscellaneous protocols. The QC Analytical Chemist is expected to understand basic internal procedures, and conduct analyses with some supervision after training is complete.
Production Operator - 3rd Shift - Verona, WI
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:15am (Sun. - Thurs.) - The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment, preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment, and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Typical processing duties include verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control, and labeling containers as to their contents, lot number, weight, etc. The Production Operator is also responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers and other duties as assigned.
No experience necessary - on-the-job training provided. All training occurs on 1st Shift.

Quality Supervisor/Manager - 1st Shift - Sauk City, WI
1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Quality Supervisor/Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the quality function, including quality assurance and quality control laboratory function. This position has supervisory responsibility and oversees direct reports supporting quality systems, laboratory testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to Animal Health nutritional products under 21 CFR Part 507.
