Bailee has been with CPI for almost six years and has worked her way up to the role of Production Operator – Level 2. Every day she shows up with a positive attitude, giving her best effort while showing great care for the quality of her work. She exemplifies how to accept challenges, learn from mistakes, and continue to grow. Dependable and efficient, Bailee consistently demonstrates her commitment to doing things the right way and ensuring quality in all that she does.
