May 2025 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Victor Perez Matos on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for May 2025.

Victor joined the Coating Place team in October 2024. Since starting, employees at CPI have stated that Victor is a very respectful individual and always has a smile on his face. Although newer to Coating Place, Victor seems eager to learn and willing to work in any setting. One colleague stated that they very much appreciated a recent interaction with Victor that left a positive impression on them. Victor came in on a Monday with a positive attitude and wanted to spread that positivity to others, and the fact that he brightened someone else's day is what we strive for! He has a great attitude when it comes to work. Setting an example and trying to spread positivity throughout the workplace is going above and beyond and helps build positive employee relationships. Thank you, Victor, for boosting employee morale and congrats on being the May 2025 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
