New Additions to Our Executive Management Team

Coating Place is proud to announce two new additions to our executive management team: Cara Young as Vice President of Business Development and Jeffrey Peterson as Vice President of Finance.

Cara brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, technical sales, and account management within the pharmaceutical industry.  She is known for building strategic partnerships with customers to support complex drug product programs.  Her expertise improves our ability to meet the growing needs of the industry and support an expanding customer base.

Jeffrey joins Coating Place with over 25 years of financial leadership across diverse manufacturing and operations environments. He has a proven track record of building strong financial infrastructure, supporting operational excellence, and enabling scalable growth. Jeff will play a key role in supporting Coating Place's increased investment in our sites and capabilities as we execute our long-term strategy.
