For the past 8 years, Lindsey has been a constant presence in Coating Place’s HR department, quietly and consistently handling tasks that often go unnoticed. She plays a role in bringing the company together through CPI events and helps to ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. Despite managing various responsibilities, Lindsey shows up each day with a smile and a positive attitude that rubs off on those around her. She’s a great listener, leaves no stone unturned in finding answers, and commits her total efforts to ensure the safety and fairness of everyone.
