Lucas is a QC Senior Scientist at our Verona facility and has been on the Quality Control team at CPI for the past 12 years. Lucas was nominated by several employees, as he is goes above and beyond in his position at CPI every day. Lucas is a team player and someone that co-workers can go to for advice and assistance. Lucas volunteers to help others and can be found coming in on weekends on occassion to finish analysis and support the department. Lucas consistently produces exceptional quality and meets, sometimes exceeding, his testing deadlines. His team player mentality and willingness to help others has not gone unnoticed. Lucas deserves recognition after all the hard work he puts in each and every day. Congratulations on being Employee of the Month for November 2021, Lucas!
