Cathy Lesperance joined Coating Place as an Accounting Clerk in September 2013. Co-workers have stated that Cathy is “solid” – a pillar at CPI. Cathy is dedicated, dependable, detail-orientated, and brings a lot of positive vibes to the office! Cathy goes above and beyond in her position quite often. She is often the extra set of eyes needed to ensure things are correct and doesn’t hesitate to jump in and assist with employee questions. She is efficient in her role and ensures things are processed with minimal error. Her patience and friendliness make all feel welcome within the facility.
