Joanna has been with the Coating Place team for over 10 years. As an employee who has worked under a couple different departments at CPI, Joanna has worked closely with a variety of CPI employees. More recently, Joanna has been working on some demanding projects and although things can get stressful, she has shown a lot of leadership with these projects. Joanna's ability to juggle multiple activities has not gone unnoticed by her co-workers. Joanna's leadership and willingness to help other co-workers around her makes her well deserving of this nomination. She is a valuable part of the CPI Team.
