Aubrey Rockman has been a valuable part of the CPI team since 2014. In her current role as a QC Associate Supervisor – Analytical Development, Aubrey has done a great job demonstrating her leadership skills. Recently, she has had to deal with multiple mistakes, incidents, and investigations due to difficulties with a specific project. Team members have stated that when Aubrey has found a problem with work, she does a great job telling an employee without coming across as aggressive or overbearing. She is patient and does her best to be accommodating of clients, something that she displayed recently during an extensive qualification process that occurred for a project within the last couple months.
