Rich is the 3rd shift Production Supervisor at our Verona facility and has been with CPI for 13 years! After working on 3rd shift for many years, Rich was given an opportunity to move to 1st shift. However, when 3rd shift was in need of experienced leadership, Rich volunteered to return to his 3rd shift position. Fellow employees recognized Rich this month due to his selflessness in volunteering for this change and his motivation to do what it takes to make his shift (and CPI) as productive as possible.
