Bill has been with the Coating Place team for the past 16 years. Bill was described by other employees as being both pleasant and professional. He and his team do an excellent job maintaining the facility. This is especially important during this time of year with all the snow and salt that gets tracked in the facility! Employees have stated that Bill is very open to cleaning something or doing something for you when asked. In taking on the role of Facilities Superintendent in 2019, Bill accumulated more responsibilities and has lead his team well. Bill is easy going and well deserving of this nomination. He has been a very valuable part of the CPI team over the years. Congratulations on being Employee of the Month for February 2022, Bill!
