Cindy is our Material Coordinator at our Sauk City facility, and has been a valuable part of the Coating Place team for the past 38 years! Cindy was nominated by numerous employees for all her hard work. Cindy started working 3 days a week at our Verona facility to help fill in the gaps and assist our Quality Assurance department after an employee retired. Her fellow co-workers noted that Cindy always gives 100%, is very reliable, and overall an easy person to work with. She was described by one co-worker as a "model" employee and always willing to take on extra duties. Cindy has been involved in multiple departments and job functions over the past 38 years. She is described as someone who is detailed, accurate, and efficient. Cindy absolutely deserves recognition after all the hard work she has put in over the years.
