QC Associate Specialist - 1st Shift - Verona, WI

1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary purpose of the QC Associate Specialist is to perform review of basic raw analytical data in laboratory notebooks, forms, worksheets, and logbooks. This review is to ensure that the various CPI products and materials were tested correctly according to compendial monographs, internal analytical methods, internal specifications, client procedures, and miscellaneous research procedures as required in internal SOPs.
 

 

QC Analytical Chemist (Entry - Level 2) - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI

2nd shift: 11:30am - 8:00pm (Mon - Thurs) and 9:30am - 6:00pm (Fridays) - The primary purpose of the QC Analytical Chemist is to provide support to the Production and Formulations Departments by analyzing pharmaceutical and/or cleaning samples. Support will be provided by analyzing samples using various procedures including, but not limited to, internal procedures, specifications, and analytical methods; compendial monographs, client procedures, and miscellaneous protocols.

Production Operator - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment; preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment; and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Typical processing duties include verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control, and labeling containers as to its contents, lot number, weight, etc. The Production Operator is also responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers and other duties as assigned.

3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:15am (Sun. - Thurs.) - The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment; preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment; and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Production Assistant Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Mon - Fri) - The Production Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting in supervising employees and the productivity, quality, sanitation (cleaning), set-up, and training that occurs on the shift. The Production Assistant Supervisor fills the role of Production Supervisor in the absence of the Production Supervisor. The Production Assistant Supervisor can fill the role of Production Operator as needed. The Production Assistant Supervisor may be assigned to thoroughly review project documentation for accuracy. They will provide technical leadership on the production floor. They will coordinate the production activities of assigned projects in multiple suites. They are responsible for critical step observation, coordination of tasks, and timeline management of assigned projects. The Production Assistant Supervisor utilizes coaching and motivational skills to maintain high standards in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Formulation Technician I - 1st Shift - Verona, WI

1st shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon - Fri) - The Formulation Technician I is responsible for assembling, operating, and cleaning processing equipment; preparing coating solutions and other formulas; and performs various analytical testing including but not limited to particle size testing, moisture analysis, and viscosity. Typical processing duties include accurate measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, accurate calculations, troubleshooting problems in the process, and working closely with clients. In some instances, processing will take place in a cGMP environment and will require additional processing duty of following detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Typical processing duties include transporting materials, oeprating bag or pail packaging lines, weighing bulk product, recording run numbers, applying labels, reading a scale, and transcribing information onto lists and labels. Additional responsibilities may include sanitation (cleaning) and raw material screening.

Materials/Maintenance Technician - Modified 2nd Shift - Sauk City, WI

Modified 2nd shift: 10am - 6pm OR 11am - 7pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Materials / Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment and the overall facility, receiving and staging material, shipping lot-tracked materials, and completing forms and records documenting completed work. Additional duties will include cycle counts, inventory transactions in ERP software that require proficient computer skills, and use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
